Graphite bearings, due to their self-lubricating, high and low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and other characteristics, can meet the sealing requirements for strong corrosion, flammable, explosive, and radioactive media. Effectively solving the problems of "running, emitting, dripping, and leaking" in chemical equipment, it has a good effect on improving labor conditions, product quality, and productivity.
Graphite bearings can be divided into rolling bearings and sliding bearings, and there are also different materials such as metal, non-metal, and composite materials. Graphite bearings are commonly used in sliding bearings, which are further divided into radial bearings and thrust bearings. The article mainly analyzes carbon graphite bearings, bronze graphite oil bearings, and embedded graphite bearings.
The manufacturing method of graphite bearings is characterized in that it is achieved by the following technical solutions:
1) . Model making: polystyrene foam plastic board or expandable polystyrene resin beads with density of 10-22g/dm3 shall be selected as the molding material; Drill a hole 0.2mm smaller than the diameter of the graphite rod on the lost foam pattern, and insert a graphite rod 1-2mm longer than the wall thickness of the pattern;
2) After installing the graphite rod, apply the copper alloy dedicated lost foam coating, control the coating thickness between 0.5 and 1.0mm, and dry it at a temperature below 50C ° C in the drying room;
3) Connect the dried model with EPS foam plastic runner;
4) Place the assembled model in the lost foam sand box and evenly add dry sand for micro vibration compaction; The amplitude is less than 2.0mm, the vibration frequency is 50HZ, and the upper part of the sand box is covered with plastic cloth for sealing. Vacuum and negative pressure are pumped, and high-temperature alloy liquid is poured in; Control the negative pressure between 0.02-0.05MPa;
5) Release the negative pressure after maintaining pressure for 10 minutes;
6) After cutting off the runner, the required graphite bearings can be obtained through mechanical processing.
