In contrast, the recovery rate of chloride and roasting method is higher, strong corrosive, high requirements for equipment, strict sealing requirements, and proper waste gas treatment.
The advantage of high temperature method is that the product is relatively high in carbon, as high as 99.995%, expensive equipment, and large investment at one time. In addition, high electricity bills increase production costs. The harsh production conditions also make the application scope of this method extremely limited, and several graphite purification methods have their own advantages and disadvantages.
