    Antioxidant treatment method for battery dedicated graphite

    The antioxidant treatment process of battery -specific graphite includes material preparation, weight, impregnation liquid preparation, impregnated electrode treatment and dry treatment. After graphite electrode processing, it can be processed into various specifications of graphite electrode products. The processed graphite electrode is the same as the unsolvioing graphite electrode. Compared with graphite electrodes, it has the characteristics of smooth surface and good conductivity. The intensity of mechanical design can increase by 50-60%, the pore rate gradually decreases by 10-15%, and the consumption of electrode material can be reduced by 20-25%. Electrical consumption can be reduced by 20-25%.


    The anti -oxidant treatment of battery -specific graphite has the attributes as follows:


    (1) Preparation material weighing: weigh the graphite electrode, provide qualified processing materials;


    (2) Preparation and heating of penetrating solution: The composition of the impregnation solution mainly includes the production of boric acid in China (H ↓ [3] Bo ↓ [3]) 18-27%, and the use of borax (NA ↓ [2] B ↓ [4 [4 ] o ↓ [7]) 7-15%, make various liquid mixing materials with water, and heat it after mixing;


    (3) Pour the electrode treatment, which is placed in a vacuum tank for sealing, and the vacuum pump is vacuum, and the heated immersion solution is poured into the vacuum tank for electrode impregnation. In the process of electrode soaking, replenish the concentration of the electrode soaking liquid as appropriate;


    (4) Two -time weighing: After the electrode material is impregnated with technology treatment, open a vacuum can, remove the impregnated graphite as the electrode, and drain the soaking solution. The weight of the immersion electrode increases by more than 10%;


    (5) Dry treatment: Dry the immersed graphite electrode, so that the water content of the electrode is not higher than 0.5%;


    (6) Illects 3 times: After drying, the graphite is used as an electrode in the process of weighing again, so that the weight of the weight is more than 3%of the weight before immersion;


    (7) Product processing: The graphite electrode processed above can be processed into a standard shape as needed. The graphite electrode after the above data can be processed into standard shapes according to the needs of the enterprise.
