    The antioxidant treatment process of battery specific graphite includes material preparation, weighing, impregnation solution preparation, impregnation electrode treatment, and drying treatment. After graphite electrode treatment, it can be processed into various specifications of graphite electrode products. The treated graphite electrode is the same as the untreated graphite electrode. Compared with graphite electrodes, it has the characteristics of smooth surface and good conductivity. The mechanical design strength can be increased by 50-60%, the porosity gradually decreases by 10-15%, and the electrode material consumption can be reduced by 20-25%. Electrode consumption can be reduced by 20-25%.

    The antioxidant treatment of battery specific graphite has the following properties:

    (1) Preparation material weighing: Weigh the graphite electrode and provide qualified materials to be processed;

    (2) Preparation and heating of impregnation solution: The composition of impregnation solution mainly includes 18-27% boric acid (h ↓ [3] bo ↓ [3]) produced by Chinese industry, 7-15% borax (na ↓ [2] b ↓ [4] o ↓ [7]) used in industry, mixed with water to make various liquids, mixed and heated;

    (3) Impregnation electrode treatment, in which the prepared graphite electrode is placed in a vacuum tank for sealing, vacuum is pumped through a vacuum pump, and the heated impregnation solution is poured into a vacuum tank used for electrode impregnation. During the electrode soaking process, supplement and reduce the concentration of the electrode soaking solution as appropriate;

    (4) Secondary weighing: After the electrode material is impregnated with technology, open a vacuum tank, take out the impregnated graphite as the electrode, and drain the leaching solution. Immersion electrodes increase weight by more than 10%;

    (5) Drying treatment: Dry the immersed graphite electrode to ensure that the moisture content of the electrode does not exceed 0.5%;

    (6) Weighing 3 times: After drying, the graphite is used as the electrode during the weighing process again, so that the relative weight increase is more than 3% of the weight before impregnation;

    (7) Finished product processing: After the above treatment, the graphite electrode can be processed into standard shapes as needed. The graphite electrode after the above data processing can be processed into standard shapes according to the needs of the enterprise.

    Graphite is mainly composed of three parts: fixed carbon, ash, and volatile matter. Fixed carbon is an electrochemical active component. This standard has strict requirements for the content of fixed carbon, which should be at least greater than 99.5%. In addition, in addition to fixing the main elements such as carbon and lithium, some impurity elements are introduced in the coating and doping process, which seriously affect the electrochemical performance of the battery and need to be strictly controlled. In addition, some of the negative electrode raw materials contain limited elements such as cadmium, lead, mercury, Hexavalent chromium and its important compounds, which are harmful to animals, plants and the environment. Therefore, the enterprise standards have strict requirements and restrictions on such research substances
